What we do
We help small and mid-sized businesses find where AI creates measurable value, build the systems that capture it, and train the people who have to use them. Five services, each tied to a business problem rather than a piece of technology. Every engagement starts with a free AI audit.
Where to start
Almost everyone starts with the assessment, because until someone has looked at where your hours go, choosing between the other four is guesswork. What comes after it depends on what the assessment finds.
Start with the assessment. It is free, takes about a week, and ends with a ranked list of opportunities and the hours behind each one. Most owners find at least one thing they had not considered, and occasionally the finding is that nothing clears the bar yet.
Implementation. We still ask what the work costs you today, because that number decides how much building is justified, but we can scope a specific build directly.
Training and adoption, usually alongside a look at existing technology. This is the most common situation we walk into: licenses paid for, features switched on, and nobody using them because no one connected the tool to the actual job.
Governance. Staff experimenting with personal AI accounts is close to universal and is where most real data exposure comes from. The fix is usually a sanctioned tool plus a short, readable rule, not a crackdown.
Common questions
A useful one starts with your business rather than with a product: they work out where time and money are going, decide which of those problems AI can genuinely improve, build the fix, and get your team using it. The unhelpful version delivers a slide deck about AI transformation and leaves before anything is implemented.
It is the usual starting point because it is free and it tells both of us whether there is anything worth building. If you already know exactly what you want built, we can scope that directly, but most owners find the assessment surfaces something they had not considered.
Yes, and it usually goes well. IT owns infrastructure, security and standards; we work closer to the teams and workflows where AI actually gets used. We are not trying to own your systems, and we hand off what we build.
The audit is free and the roadmap is yours to keep, whether you build it with us or not.
