We work with the rest of what a firm runs too: CRMs, accounting systems, and the industry software your work actually happens in. No. We are independent and earn nothing from the platforms we recommend. That is why we will tell you when something you already pay for covers the job, or when the cheaper option is the right one.
It depends on what your team already runs, what your data rules allow, and which work you want to improve first. Most firms already own more capability than they use, so we start by looking at what is switched off before recommending a new subscription.
