What we do
This is where the roadmap becomes something that runs. We build AI agents, automations and integrations around a specific business problem, deploy them into the systems your team already uses, and hand them over so you own and operate them. The people who found the opportunity are the people who build it.
In detail
Build practical agents, automations and workflow solutions around real business problems, in the systems your team already runs on.
Start with the free audit →Triage and classification agents that read inbound work and route it. Knowledge assistants trained on your own procedures that answer with citations. Monitoring agents that watch dates and thresholds and escalate before something slips. And the plumbing between systems that otherwise needs a person to move information by hand.
Systems get deployed under your accounts, on your infrastructure, with your API keys, and we hand them off with a live walkthrough so your team can run them without us. You are not renting access to something we control, and you are not locked into us for the system to keep working.
We would rather build one thing that works than five that half-work. The first build is scoped to a single real problem with a measurable outcome, so there is a clear answer to whether it paid off before anyone commits to more.
The rest of what we do
Find where AI can create measurable value before you invest in implementation. This is the free audit: a prioritized roadmap with the hours and dollars behind each opportunity.
Help your team use AI confidently in the work they already do. Most AI projects stall on adoption, not technology.
Decide what should never be pasted into a public model, put sensible rules in writing, and know where AI is already being used inside your company.
Get more from the platforms you already pay for, and stop paying for the ones you do not need.
Common questions
We deploy the system into your accounts and infrastructure, walk your team through operating it live rather than mailing over documentation, and leave you with the access and a runbook. The test we hold ourselves to is whether your team could keep it running if we disappeared.
Almost never. We build around what you already run, and the first thing the assessment looks at is whether tools you already pay for can solve the problem. Recommending a new platform is a last resort, not a starting point.
Whichever fits the job and your constraints. We work across Claude, ChatGPT and the OpenAI API, Microsoft Copilot and Azure, and we run local models when data cannot leave your network. We are not a reseller for any of them, so the recommendation is not shaped by what we are paid to sell.
Pilots are scoped so that question has an answer. Each one is tied to a measurable outcome and a defined timeframe, which means there is a real point at which we look at the result together and decide whether to expand it, change it, or stop.
The audit is free and the roadmap is yours to keep, whether you build it with us or not.
