What we do
Most companies are already paying for more capability than they use. Microsoft, Google and the major line-of-business platforms have shipped AI features into plans businesses already hold, and a lot of them are simply switched off. We look there before recommending you buy anything new.
In detail
Get more from the platforms you already pay for, and stop paying for the ones you do not need.
Start with the free audit →Copilot licenses inside a Microsoft plan, automation features in a CRM, reporting in a system nobody was trained on. Turning on something you already pay for is faster and cheaper than any build, and it is the first place we look.
The other half of the review is subtraction: tools with overlapping functions, seats for people who left, and subscriptions that solved a problem you no longer have. This part of the audit sometimes pays for the whole engagement.
Sometimes the real fix is a process change, a setting, or dropping a tool. We would rather tell you that than sell you a build, partly because it is true and partly because a firm that recommends nothing when nothing is needed is worth calling next time.
The rest of what we do
Find where AI can create measurable value before you invest in implementation. This is the free audit: a prioritized roadmap with the hours and dollars behind each opportunity.
Build practical agents, automations and workflow solutions around real business problems, in the systems your team already runs on.
Help your team use AI confidently in the work they already do. Most AI projects stall on adoption, not technology.
Decide what should never be pasted into a public model, put sensible rules in writing, and know where AI is already being used inside your company.
Common questions
Having the license and getting value from it are different things. Copilot is genuinely useful for document and meeting work when people are shown how it fits their actual job, and largely ignored when it is switched on without that. The gap is usually adoption, not capability.
Often, though we will not promise a number before looking. Overlapping tools, unused seats, and subscriptions nobody remembers signing up for are common in businesses that grew quickly. It is a straightforward review and it occasionally covers the cost of everything else.
Then that is the recommendation. Not every process needs automation, and some problems are better solved by fixing a workflow or dropping a tool you have outgrown. The audit is built to find where AI pays, which means it also finds where it does not.
The audit is free and the roadmap is yours to keep, whether you build it with us or not.
