What we do

AI Strategy & Opportunity Assessment

An AI opportunity assessment maps where AI can save time, cut cost, or grow revenue inside one specific business, and ranks those opportunities by value against effort. Ours is free, takes about a week, and ends with a prioritized roadmap that has real hours and dollars attached. The roadmap is yours whether or not you ever hire us.

In detail

AI Strategy & Opportunity Assessment

Find where AI can create measurable value before you invest in implementation. This is the free audit: a prioritized roadmap with the hours and dollars behind each opportunity.

What the assessment actually does

01

We start from how work gets done today rather than from a list of AI products. That means talking to the people doing the work, looking at the systems they move information between, and finding the places where time disappears into activity that does not need a person. Only then do we ask what technology fits.

What you walk away with

02

A prioritized roadmap of three to five high-value opportunities, each with an estimate of the hours and dollars behind it, the effort to implement, and the risk. Alongside it: a review of where your team is already using AI off-book, and a look at what you are paying for that you do not need.

What it costs to do nothing

03

Every recommendation is presented against the cost of leaving things alone, because that is the real alternative you are choosing between. If the work costs your team six hours a week today, that number goes in the roadmap next to the fix. Sometimes it makes the case, and sometimes it shows the problem is too small to be worth a build.

Common questions

Questions about strategy & assessment

It is a structured review that maps where AI could save time, cut cost, or grow revenue in a specific business, then ranks those opportunities by value against implementation effort. The output is a prioritized roadmap with real numbers attached, not a list of AI products you could buy.

It is free. We would rather prove the value before anyone spends money, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether you implement it with us, your internal team, or another firm entirely.

Every candidate is weighed on four things: what the work costs you today, the value if it improves, the effort to implement, and the risk. Anything that cannot clear all four stays out of the roadmap, which is why an assessment usually recommends three to five things rather than twenty.

Send it over. If it holds up we will say so rather than redo it, and the useful conversation becomes which item to implement first. Assessments that stop at a list of possibilities without the hours and dollars behind them are common, and that missing math is usually why nothing got built.
